For over 25 years Praxis has been Chevron’s go-to vendor for finding innovative solutions to their complex training problems.

The Project

Praxis has a long history of tackling difficult process training subjects for Chevron globally. For this project Chevron approached Praxis to develop a desktop training program capable of pre-screening personnel and assessing their potential to work as Console Operators.

The Result

A combined eLearning module and process simulator designed to both train and test users, while assessing their capability in several key areas which were identified as qualities possessed by skilled console operators. The resultant program was deployed globally by Chevron.
