Praxis has worked with ConocoPhillips since the early 2000s, and our work continued with the refineries when Phillips 66 was created in 2012. Our work with Phillips 66 has primarily been focused on process unit and equipment training, as well as console operator training.

Synopsis
Phillips 66 commissioned Praxis to produce a series of 3D modeled and animated eLearning courses detailing common equipment and components used in refining. Topics included such things as centrifugal pumps and compressors, control valves, heaters and safety instrumented systems.
The Project
Phillips 66 contracted with Praxis to produce a detailed eLearning course looking at all major types of Centrifugal Compressors, as well as their lubrication systems and seals. Praxis has a great deal of experience developing 3D models and animations for specific equipment and large process units. Praxis researched and wrote the training in collaboration with Phillips 66 SMEs, and then developed all the necessary 2D/3D models and graphics to support the training.
