DP World contacted Praxis due to their previous exposure to our site orientation training for other clients. As a result, DP World commissioned Praxis in 2022 to produce training for their 5 Canadian terminals.

Wrote and produced site safety orientations for all 5 Canadian container and break bulk terminals as well as offices.
The Project
DP World approached Praxis to develop new site safety orientations for their terminals, with each version being tailored to a specific audience. In addition, Praxis produced new 3D models for each of their 5 Canadian terminals, which are used to instruct users as to locations of all safety related equipment, muster points, buildings, entry gates, parking, as well as the correct truck traffic, pedestrian and other associated routes through each terminal. Praxis created a smartphone app to make viewing the 3D models for each terminal more accessible to visitors, truck drivers and other users. The app is integrated with a QR code system allowing users to scan QR codes on site in order to quickly identify their location.
